Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a secure backend service with encryption at rest and in transit. We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

Your oracle questions and readings are private and encrypted. We do not read, analyze, or share your personal spiritual journey with anyone.

Third-Party Services

Our App uses the following third-party services:

• Supabase: For secure data storage and authentication
• RevenueCat: For managing in-app purchases
• Apple App Store: For payment processing
• OpenAI API: For generating oracle responses (questions are sent without personally identifiable information)

Data Retention

We retain your account information and reading history for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at support@pocketportal.app.

You have the right to:

• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your account and data
• Opt out of any marketing communications (though we currently don't send marketing emails)
